What? Matthew finally wrote something for the EBSF Blog!?

Finally after 4 years, I have a Blog entry (it'll be short though).

Why did it take so long? It just wasn't a priority, and I am a person of action... I don't enjoy writing.

Why start now? Well, today May 2nd 2022 marks 4 years open! So it seemed like the thing to do, and adding some challenge to my daily life is a great way to move forward.


What can we expect?

Every month I will be writing 4 posts that will cycle through the following topics:

Week 1 Fitness and/or Motivation

Week 2 Nutrition and/or Positivity

Week 3 Martial Arts and/or Mindfulness

Week 4 Product and/or Book review


What shouldn't we expect?

Shaming of any kind (body, diet, training, etc.) Long writings. Perfect grammar. Comparisons to other gyms/trainers.


I am open to suggestions/requests from readers, and will occasionally get others to write for me.
