From there, we will develop a sustainable plan for you based on your goals.
We will educate you on Calories, Macronutrients, Micronutrients, Nutrient Timing, and coach you through your needs for each.

What supplements are best? Typically, a whole-foods diet works best, but supplements such as Protein Shakes and Creatine can be beneficial.
Are Seed-Oils Bad? No, not really. A while ago, it was believed that having more Omega-6 than Omega-3 would cause inflammation. So people took that and RAN with it. Now they associate it with inflammation, ignoring principles such as Correlation versus Causation.
Sugar? Added sugar in moderation is ok, but we'll likely have to adjust what your idea of moderation is. A good rule to follow is <10% of your daily calories.
