We all have ways we can improve our lives. With Wellness Coaching from NASM Coaches, we will focus on 5 areas, or Pillars, of Wellness.

  1. Movement - Finding ways to incorporate movement into our daily lives. This isn't just structured exercise in a gym format, but also Activities like gardening and hiking.

  2. Nutrition - Embracing a mindful approach to eating where there are no "good" or "bad" choices; there are just choices. This sort of dichotomy can ruin a person's nutrition goals. Instead, we approach through intuition and mindfulness.

  3. Mindfulness - Understanding how our hormones can affect our daily living and strategies to deal with them and with stress.

  4. Rest & Recover - Not only do we need to move and fuel our minds and bodies, but we need proper recovery. Learn best practices for sleep habits and learn which recovery techniques work best for you.

  5. Social Well-Being - Find ways to build your social network, which can increase your adherence to your goals. It can also improve healthspan and lifespan with long-lasting relationships.
