We want you to know exactly what we offer, how much it costs, and most importantly, how each service solves the specific frustrations holding you back.
Here is a full breakdown of our services and pricing to help you choose the path that is right for you.
All 1x Week and 2x Week training packages are billed as flat monthly recurring rates.
1. Full Movement Screening
The Challenge: You want to work out, but your knees hurt, your lower back aches, or you are terrified of injuring yourself.
The Solution: Think of this as a diagnostic checkup for how your body moves. We pinpoint exactly where you are tight, where you are weak, and how to fix it so you can exercise without pain.
The Price: $46 for a 30 minute session.
2. Elite Training (Private or Semi Private)
The Challenge: You are recovering from an old injury, dealing with chronic joint pain, or trying to break through a serious athletic performance plateau. General fitness routines just do not cut it.
The Solution: This is our highest level of targeted coaching. We use specialized techniques to correct muscle imbalances, fix posture issues, and rebuild your movement patterns from the ground up so you can move like an athlete again.
Elite 1 on 1 Prices: Choose from 60 minute sessions (Drop in $92, 1x week $399, 2x week $718) or 45 minute sessions (Drop in $69, 1x week $299, 2x week $538).
Elite Semi Private Prices: Train with up to three others while getting your own specialized plan. 60 minute options (Drop in $62, 1x week $269, 2x week $484) and 45 minute options (Drop in $46, 1x week $200, 2x week $359).
3. Standard Personal Training
The Challenge: You feel lost when you walk into a gym, you lack accountability, or you are tired of working hard without seeing changes in your strength and body shape.
The Solution: Complete, undivided coaching attention. We build a structured plan that meets you exactly where you are today, teaching you perfect form and ensuring you make safe, steady progress every single week.
60 Minute Sessions: Drop in $66, 1x week $286, 2x week $515.
45 Minute Sessions: Drop in $50, 1x week $217, 2x week $390.
30 Minute Sessions: Drop in $33, 1x week $143, 2x week $258.
4. Standard Semi Private Training
The Challenge: You want the high quality guidance of a personal trainer, but one on one coaching does not fit your long term budget.
The Solution: You get a customized workout program tailored to your goals, but you share the gym floor and the coach's time with up to three other people. It provides great accountability, a supportive team atmosphere, and a much more accessible price point.
60 Minute Sessions: Drop in $44, 1x week $191, 2x week $343.
45 Minute Sessions: Drop in $34, 1x week $148, 2x week $265.
30 Minute Sessions: Drop in $22, 1x week $196, 2x week $172.
5. Nutrition & Wellness Coaching
The Challenge: You are working out hard but your diet is holding you back. You are tired of restrictive crash diets that leave you exhausted, starving, and stuck in a cycle of losing and regaining the same ten pounds.
The Solution: We focus on sustainable lifestyle changes. You learn how to fuel your body for energy and strength without giving up the foods you love. Our full wellness package goes a step further, helping you manage stress, sleep better, and build habits that stick for life.
Nutrition Coaching Only: $215.
Wellness Coaching (Includes Nutrition): $299.
Virtual Coaching: $215.
6. Group Fitness Classes
The Challenge: Working out alone is boring. You want a high energy environment where you can show up, sweat, and feel part of a community without feeling lost in a massive crowd.
The Solution: Our classes are structured to give you a great workout while keeping the environment supportive and welcoming. It is the perfect option for building consistency and having fun while doing it.
Class Prices: Drop in $17, 2x week (9 classes total) $140, or Unlimited monthly classes for $199.
