1. Movement: Finding Joy in Motion
"Movement isn't just about structured exercise; it's about embracing activities that bring you joy. Whether it's gardening, dancing, or a leisurely walk, finding movement you love is key. The NASM model emphasizes that movement enhances overall wellness, positively impacting the other pillars. Regular movement improves cardiovascular health, strengthens muscles, and boosts endorphins, leading to better mood and reduced stress.
